Total lifesavers for a big project
I called Electrical Experts with short notice and was lucky enough to get Kyle and Brennan out the very next day—total lifesavers as I prep for a bigger project. They were on time (early!), super professional, and immediately put me at ease with how clearly they explained everything.
They walked me through multiple options, made smart recommendations, and had detailed quotes for each path within minutes. The house has older wiring, but that didn’t slow them down at all—they were able to get everything I needed done that same day.
They also cleaned up everything—vacuumed, hauled away the rusty old fixtures, and left the space better than they found it. On top of that, they were incredibly kind to one of my pets who decided they were new best friends.
While the work was a bit on the pricier side, the speed, professionalism, and quality from first phone call and scheduler to the electricians who did the work, made it more than worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Electrical Experts again!

Electrical Experts is one of those rare companies that balances professionalism and expertise with friendly and communicative engagement. 0% pressuring, 100% listening — I felt there was a balanced partnership for solving my needs.
Kyle was my field supervisor, used Larkin’s initial assessment to start our conversation of what I needed. He did a remarkable job of explaining options that grouped my needs and helped me prioritize “wanted” upgrades and “needed” fixes. Pricing and why that was the pricing was thoroughly explained, all with 0% pressure. Once I made my decision, Kyle expedited and created a very timely execution plan. Once work started, Kyle and Brennan were absolutely “beasts” in propelling the work forward (I appreciated the provision of two additional installers on day 1).
I opted for the full upgrade of plugs and switches with ceiling fan installs throughout (running the wiring to create the overhead service), basement recessed lighting (again running new ceiling wiring), upgraded electrical service and I added new properly rated electrical service primarily in basement (washer/dryer, outdoor, utility), and updated bathroom and kitchen to CFGI.
I simply could not be more pleased and proud of the outcome… not to mention feeling much safer with my much-needed safety upgrades. Throughout, Kyle and Brennan were transparent and communicative, efficient and methodical. The work was delivered a day early, and I received a thorough review and walkthrough with answers to all my questions and even information I did not think to ask was provided in a manner that I could understand.
