I live in Arizona, but have a rental condo in Chicopee, MA. After a problem occurred in the condo, my brother contacted Electrical Experts and they were able to come out the same day. Upon inspection, it was determined that the electrical was way out of code; the unit is 36 years old and had never had work done. I accepted a proposal to get the work done, the appointment was scheduled with my tenant, and so the guys came and did the entire project in about 5 hours. They were so knowledgeable and courteous that my tenant was thrilled with them. It was a rather expensive job, but I am happy to have everything up to date. I am planning to sell the unit soon, so that will be a good selling point. The company sent a gift to the unit, which I suggested that my tenant open, and it was a box of homemade cookies. Now how nice was that? Since she has a toddler, I suggested she keep them rather than forward them on to Arizona. But how very thoughtful. Not that many companies are grateful for their customers, but apparently these folks are.
