Larkin did a very thorough job. I explained to her what the problems we were having. She reviewed the electrical panel and the triplex electrical cable to the house. She contacted Eversource to come out and correct the triplex attachment, which they did while she was still here. She will return tomorrow to correct the issues with the electrical panel in the basement. She took the time to explain everything in detail. Great job!
